RF Power Amplifiers
Known for their unrivalled performance and reliability, our RPFAs make the most of modern technology. For example, their significant processing power means they can link seamlessly into our customers’ systems to support operations in a CEMA environment.

High power switches
Our high-power, high-speed switches are robust enough to withstand the harsh conditions our customers operate in, such as extremely poor VSWR high temperatures.
Our switches use the test PIN diode and GaN technology, normally used for Transmit/Receive duplexing. Their multi-octave broadband designs typically cover the frequency range 20 MHz to 6 GHz at power levels exceeding 100 Watts.
