Antares Defence Systems Ltd, the Ross on Wye based RF PA and sub system designer and manufacturer, is delighted to announce the acquisition of EpsilonRF Ltd as of 26th November 2019. This strategic move brings together the joint capabilities of both companies in the areas of RF Power Amplifiers, RF Subsystems, Receivers, High Power Switching, Firmware and Software creating a large extended range of products and design capabilities, as well as a world class ISO 9001 manufacturing site. Antares Managing Director Bruce Fullerton summarises this strategic acquisition as follows:
